Silk wrap nails?

if you were to get silk wrap nails would you have to get them on all your nails or can you get them on certain nails? for example, i bite my nails(bad) and not all my nails are bitten off. I don't need all the nails done just half. will it look weird if I do that with the silk wrap?Silk wrap nails?
